Shipping & Returns

No smudges or palo santo can be sent internationally.

Once you have placed an order with NW, the following process will occur:

  1. You will receive a confirmation email on what you have purchased and that it will be prepared for shipping
  2. Products are all securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipping.
  3. When your goods are dispatched from our studio you will receive an email that confirms your delivery has been successfully shipped

Delivery to Australian residents is charged at a flat rate of $17.00 for all orders within Australia. If purchases under 0.5kg it will be a standard $10 and orders over 5kg will be charged bulk prices. Please contact NW at info@norawellbeing.com for more information.

We may not be able to provide delivery to all areas, a full refund of your order will be returned if we are unable to ship to your address.

Please take note that NW cannot make guarantees on behalf of Australia Post in terms of delivery times, e-parcel emails and tracking info. 

If you have a problem with your parcels arrival after we have dispatched. You must contact Australia Post with your Tracking information provided in your email.

 

Pricing:

All pricing is displayed in Australian Dollar (AUD) inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).  Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice.

Returns:

We put in the effort to ensure that all purchases arrive in the condition they were sent. If there is a problem with goods upon arrival, please contact us info@norawellbeing so we can resolve the issue.

NW does not have to provide a refund on undamaged goods, please choose your items mindfully.

Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received. We advise this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email info@norawellbeing.com

It is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening. If there is any damaged goods, we will re-send the product again promptly.

In the event the products are the incorrect product that was sold, they must be returned unopened & in their original condition.

Holiday Hours

Please be advised that orders placed during the Christmas and New Years period will not be dispatched until the first week of January. We will do our best to get all orders out as quickly as possible but please note there may be a slight delay. Thank you for your patience as we enjoy the holidays with our friends & family.
