Welcome! At Nora Holistic Wellbeing we are passionate about making women feel their best. We don't just provide regular treatments — we provide full self-care rituals.
The moment you step into the cosy Ladywell home clinic you will be greeted by the smell of warm Korean Jujube tea and incense, surrounded by lit candles, plenty of plants, and organic cotton and linen sheets that are always freshly washed. All facials include extended massages to the scalp and neck to help you release stress, and we always use organic oils and carefully sourced products.
At the moment I offer holistic facials, lymphatic drainage massage and private yoga sessions for women only. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Holistic Facials
When the face feels heavy, congested, or dull — this is the ritual it's asking for. Using slow, intentional lymphatic drainage techniques across the face, jaw, and neck, we gently guide the body to release what it's been holding. Gua sha and cupping flow through the sequence to encourage fluid movement and ease the mind into stillness.
You'll leave looking open, clear, and quietly radiant — as if you've been away somewhere restful.

Body Treatment
Brazilian MLD technique · Bespoke & Ayurvedic
Using the Brazilian MLD technique, this bespoke massage works on supporting the body's natural lymphatic flow and leaving you feeling lighter and smoother. The oil is heated and poured onto the stomach first to support comfort and ease.
The oil is packed with powerful Ayurvedic ingredients — turmeric, ashwagandha, and sesame oil — which deeply moisturise the skin and complement the massage beautifully.
This is a holistic treatment, not a medical procedure.
The 90-minute session can include either an express facial ritual (30 min) or an extended body massage — your choice.
Body Treatment · Postnatal
Gentle · Restorative · Nourishing
A nurturing adaptation of the lymphatic drainage massage, designed with new mothers in mind. The same Brazilian MLD technique is used, with extra care and gentleness to support the body's natural recovery after birth.
The focus is on gentle, supportive touch that helps you feel restored, lighter, and cared for during the postnatal period.
This is a holistic treatment, not a medical procedure. Please consult your midwife or GP before booking if you have any concerns.

Brazilian MLD · Organic Arnica Oil
Brazilian-style lymphatic drainage massage to help support the body's natural recovery after surgery and reduce the feeling of water retention. Organic arnica oil is used throughout to help soothe and nourish the skin during the healing process.
For best results, I recommend starting as soon as you are cleared by your surgeon and booking multiple sessions close together.

Each session weaves in essential oils, incense, breathwork and meditation — creating a truly immersive and personal experience. Bring a friend and split the cost if you'd like to share the ritual.

What are your terms and conditions?
A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit.
Where are you based?
I practice from a home clinic in Lewisham, London. The closest station is Ladywell. The exact address will be shared closer to your appointment.

Do you always use fresh towels?
Of course. All towels and sheets are replaced and deep cleaned after each client. All tools are sterilised and disinfected after every use.
